Certified Breath Alcohol Testing

Total Nursing Care Inc. has a team of certified collectors providing both breath alcohol testing (done with Intoximeter) and saliva alcohol testing (done with an oral swab) meeting U.S. DOT and non-DOT requirements.

Certified Drug (Urine) Testing (DOT & Non-DOT)

Total Nursing Care Inc.’s team of certified collectors provide DOT and non-DOT drug testing.  5 – 12 Panel (including Oxy + Fentanyl) quick tests are available for immediate results and / or we can send the sample to your lab of choice confirmation of any non-negative or express test results is also available. DOT and non-DOT collection of split sample urine are sent to the laboratory. Express drug tests, POCT, DOT and non-DOT tests can be performed on site or via mobile collection.

Certified Drug (Hair) Testing

Total Nursing Care Inc.’s team of certified collectors provide hair follicle drug testing. A small sample of hair (equal to ½ inch wide by 1-2 strands deep) is carefully collected, prepared and sent to the lab of choice. Hair can be taken from the clients head, under arms, arms, chest or legs.

Certified Drug (Saliva) Testing

Total Nursing Care Inc.’s team of certified collectors provide saliva drug testing. An oral swab is used and rubbed on the inside of the clients cheek. The sample is then packaged and sent to the lab of your choice for interpretation.

Mobile On-Site Testing

Total Nursing Care Inc. provides our clients on-site occupational testing, also known as mobile testing, which reduces many of the issues related to sending employees to our clinic.

Total Nursing Care Inc. has a certified collection team available 7 days a week, to attend your location (within the Sudbury area), and provide post-accident, post-incident, follow-up, and reasonable cause alcohol and drug testing requirements.

At Total Nursing Care Inc., we can also schedule a variety of mobile on-site occupational testing services for your convenience.
