Let us begin briefly with Kathy McNeil of TNC. We have dealt with Kathy for approximately 25 years. She had cared for our daughter Lee-Ann prior to opening her own nursing company. Due to her caring and compassionate nature, it was inevitable that she would one day start her own business venture, to ensure that nursing services would meet and exceed her client’s expectations.

Total Nursing Care has continued providing excellent service throughout the years. The employees are well trained and dedicated to providing home care that suits the individual, as with Lee-Ann. Every case is so different and TNC has been able to recognize these differences. That is why Kathy’s nursing company is one of the most successful and sought after care provider in the Greater Sudbury area.

We have many great memories over the years. The caring and compassionate nurses we have met, some of whom are still in contact with Lee-Ann and the family, via facebook, text messages etc. and the laughter we shared with the nursing staff on life’s funny little moments. One memory is etched in our minds, about a special parcel delivery sent to Lee-Ann from Kathy, which was a green scarf. It was from a scene from a movie that Lee-Ann really enjoys. Service is great at the time, but caring is forever.

Thank you Total Nursing Care for the 20 years and counting of TLC services for Lee-Ann. It has been our pleasure dealing with such an excellent and respected nursing company. One that we would recommend without hesitation.

To everyone at Total Nursing Care, congratulations on your 20th anniversary! About three years ago, after our mother had a serious injury, we called TNC for urgent assistance. Services were implemented right away and we know this attention, delivered with care made a real difference in Mom’s recovery. TNC continues to provide support service on a regular basis. This personalized care has provided Mom with a higher level of freedom. The caregivers have shown respect for her privacy and have repeatedly demonstrated their interest in her wellbeing. Kathy McNeil, the Direct of Nursing Services, has always been prompt to come by to discuss any concerns we may have had and to quickly take steps to address the situation. Choosing Total Nursing Care was an easy choice for our family when Melodie required extended home care services because of advancing symptoms related to MS. Some 19 years ago Melodie’s daughter Farrah had experience of being employed by Kathy when she was in process of carefully establishing her new home care business. TNC has been taking care of my family’s needs for the last 7 years. My daughter Betty Jane initially contacted TNC and went for an interview to see how they operated. She was impressed with the caliber of PSW’s that were available and the close contact that we received from Kathy McNeil.

During that time our needs changed rapidly and TNC was always flexible and wiling to accommodate every situation. This included Kathy McNeil taking special time to come to my house and visit to make sure all was running smoothly and often to do medical exams on both my wife and myself.
